How It All Started?
Missing Element in The Structure
Every structure, no matter how grand, rests upon the smallest of details. Mr. Paresh Unnarkar, our Guru, experienced this firsthand during his frequent site inspections. Each time he observed a consistent issue – cover blocks, a seemingly insignificant product, missing from the structures. Despite their importance, cover blocks remained overlooked and their significance underestimated.
The Birth of a Solution
In 2020, amidst the challenges of the pandemic, Mr. Paresh Unnarkar shared his observations and ideas with his daughter, Nimisha Unnarkar. Armed with a background in marketing and a Diploma in Management-Entrepreneurship, Nimisha recognized the potential to address this overlooked issue.
Together, a Solution Emerged
The collaboration between Paresh and Nimisha led to the inception of Epoch Concrete Works. A solution was crafted – cover blocks manufactured to rigorous International Standards and packaged innovatively, a practice yet to be witnessed in India. Months of dedicated research followed, aimed at comprehending the market and its needs in-depth.
